Meesho is a social commerce platform democratizing e-commerce for Indian consumers and small businesses. The Fulfilment and Experience (F&E) team operates as a 100+ person organization reimagining logistics from first principles to serve the country's next billion e-commerce users across urban, semi-urban, and rural India.
As Cluster Head for Last Mile operations in Telangana, you will manage the onboarding, training, and performance oversight of last-mile logistics partners across your cluster. You will own end-to-end operational metrics and drive performance targets through direct partner engagement, facility audits, and process optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and training new last-mile partners and identifying expansion opportunities
- Tracking and managing partner performance across the cluster
- Conducting facility audits and solving operational gaps through field visits
- Ensuring compliance with operational processes and standards
- Owning critical operational metrics end-to-end and achieving performance targets
- Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve team goals
You will work in a dynamic, high-impact environment focused on problem-solving and operational excellence. The role involves regular travel to partner facilities across multiple cities within your cluster.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics
- Demonstrated experience in partner onboarding and training for last-mile and sorting operations
- Experience in control tower and field operations (preferred)
