Meesho is reimagining e-commerce logistics in India, building supply chain infrastructure from the ground up to serve the country's next billion users. As Cluster Head for Last Mile operations, you will lead a critical function within the Fulfilment and Experience team, directly shaping how millions of customers experience delivery.
You will own the complete lifecycle of last-mile partner management within your cluster. This includes identifying and onboarding new logistics partners, designing and delivering their training programs, and ensuring they meet Meesho's operational standards. You will regularly visit partner facilities across different cities in your area to conduct audits, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning partner onboarding and training for last-mile operations in your cluster
- Identifying and recruiting new partners to expand network capacity
- Tracking and managing partner performance metrics
- Conducting facility audits and solving operational bottlenecks
- Ensuring compliance with established operational processes
- Driving critical operational metrics end-to-end and achieving performance targets
- Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
You will work cross-functionally with supply chain, analytics, and support teams to achieve team goals. The role offers exposure to zero-to-one projects and the opportunity to help fundamentally reshape how e-commerce operates in India.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics
- Demonstrated experience in partner onboarding and training for last-mile and sorting operations
- Experience in control tower and field operations (preferred)
