Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual
Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home EEG platforms for clinical development and diagnostics. As a Clinical Study Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery of clinical studies from startup through close-out, working with sponsors, project teams, and clinical research sites.
Key responsibilities include: leading study startup planning and site onboarding; serving as the primary operational contact for clinical sites; providing training on Beacon's devices and study protocols; monitoring project progress against timelines and quality standards; ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements; and coaching peers on documentation discipline, version control, and complaint management.
You will collaborate with project teams on startup activities including communication planning, logistics, and data configuration. You'll instill confidence with clients through all study phases, address operational issues promptly using tools like Zendesk and Asana, and provide actionable feedback from research sites to inform product and workflow improvements.
This is a fully remote individual contributor role with a preference for US Central Time zone candidates. Beacon offers asynchronous work practices and in-person office hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris.
Required experience includes clinical project management or clinical operations roles, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, meticulous attention to detail, and familiarity with GCP and ICH guidelines. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of decentralized data collection, compliance oversight, and a desire to learn about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.
