Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 / annual
Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Clinical Trial Operations Associate to support the deployment of its at-home EEG platform in clinical studies. The company transforms precision medicine for the brain through clinical development and diagnostics, combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorder assessments.
In this fully remote role (with up to 5% travel and optional office hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris), you will be the primary operational liaison between clinical research sites and internal project teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting study startup activities and site onboarding
• Serving as the main point of contact for clinical research sites, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication
• Training research sites on device usage and study protocols to ensure proper data collection
• Monitoring project progress against timelines, protocols, and quality standards
• Maintaining compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Managing operational issues via Zendesk and Asana, escalating as needed
• Gathering and communicating site feedback to drive product and workflow improvements
You will need 2-4+ years of clinical project management or operations experience, strong organizational and project management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulations is required. A proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and curiosity about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials are valued. Additional languages are a bonus.
