They combine clinical trial expertise with AI to connect pharmaceutical sponsors with high-performing research teams. As a Clinical Research Coordinator I, you will support the day-to-day execution of clinical trials while ensuring compliance with protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety. You will work with patients, sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams to deliver high-quality clinical research. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinate and execute industry-sponsored clinical trials under site leadership guidance - Manage patient visits, procedures, and study activities according to protocol requirements - Support patient recruitment and retention through chart review, outreach, scheduling, and informed consent - Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments following GCP guidelines and site SOPs - Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, and investigational product accountability - Process laboratory specimens and prepare shipments per protocol and IATA regulations - Maintain accurate study documentation including source records, informed consent forms, CTMS updates, and case report forms - Ensure high-quality data entry and support resolution of data queries - Serve as primary contact for study participants - Communicate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams - Prepare for sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits - Maintain inventory of study equipment, supplies, and investigational products - Ensure compliance with federal regulations, GCP, HIPAA, and institutional policies Requirements: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline (required) - 1–3 years of clinical research or healthcare experience (required) - Ability to perform blood draws, medical reviews (blood pressure, height, weight), and EKGs as permitted by state law (required) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Ability to read, interpret, and apply research protocols and clinic policies - Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn clinical research systems - Familiarity with CTMS or EDC systems (preferred) - Physical ability to sit, stand, and move throughout clinical and office environments for extended periods - Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed
