Precision for Medicine is a precision medicine CRO specializing in oncology and rare disease clinical trials. They are recruiting Clinical Research Associates at various seniority levels to join their Germany-based team.
In this role, you will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring studies are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations. You will coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor studies, including identifying investigators, preparing regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, and managing site relationships.
You will focus on an average of one to two studies, positioning you as a protocol expert. The company emphasizes reasonable travel (50-60% domestic, with potential international travel for senior roles) and strong work-life balance. Your voice will be heard in a smaller CRO environment where you can have meaningful influence and impact.
Required qualifications include a graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline, and at least one year of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry setting, or equivalent relevant experience in clinical research/site management. You must be fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in oncology, CAR-T, or FIH studies (Phase III) is required. Preferred qualifications include study start-up activities experience and medical device experience.
