Luro Health is a mission-driven telehealth organization improving health outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid patients through evidence-informed, multidisciplinary care. They partner with safety-net providers to expand access and deliver measurable outcomes for underserved communities.
You will lead operational performance across multiple partner virtual clinic centers, owning launches, post-go-live stabilization, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role managing Care Coordinators and building repeatable systems that allow a small team to run many centers effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead operational readiness and launch execution for new partner centers, including workflows, staffing plans, documentation, and go-live stabilization
- Own day-to-day operational relationships with partner clinics through recurring operating reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Run live virtual clinic operations across scheduling, patient flow, visit completion, follow-up reliability, patient experience, and provider capacity
- Drive patient acquisition and retention by strengthening referral habits, tracking funnel performance, and improving conversion metrics
- Manage and coach Care Coordinators on workload allocation, performance feedback, coverage planning, and workflow execution
- Build scalable systems, dashboards, SOPs, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work and improve visibility
- Partner cross-functionally with implementation, medical leadership, product, engineering, marketing, data, finance, and partner clinic teams
You will operate across multiple launches and live centers simultaneously, making high-quality decisions with incomplete information, separating urgent issues from true priorities, and creating clear operating rhythms.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally in telehealth, FQHC, multi-site ambulatory care, practice management, implementation, care coordination, or multi-site service delivery
- Experience owning clinic performance, launch readiness, partner relationships, live operations, or complex day-to-day execution in fast-moving environments; comfort running multiple center launches while owning live operations
- People-management experience leading frontline clinical operations or care coordination teams, including setting performance expectations, coaching, building accountability, and improving team capacity as the organization scales
- Strong systems-building capability, including automations, dashboards, workflows, reporting pipelines, or AI-enabled tools you personally designed and implemented
- Comfort using operational metrics to identify risks and improve workflows (referral volume, appointment conversion, visit completion, follow-up reliability, staffing coverage, provider utilization, patient access)
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and ability to create structure while priorities, workflows, staffing models, and technology evolve
- While remote, preference for candidates based in NY, NJ, or PA to support collaboration and periodic work with regional partner clinic sites
