Luro Health is a mission-driven telehealth organization expanding access to high-quality, evidence-informed care for Medicare and Medicaid patients through partnerships with safety-net providers. The company combines clinical rigor, operational excellence, and technology to scale care nationally.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will own operational performance across multiple partner virtual clinic centers. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead operational readiness and launch execution for new partner centers, managing workflows, staffing plans, documentation, issue tracking, and go-live stabilization.
• Own day-to-day operational relationships with partner clinics through recurring operating reviews, issue resolution, escalation judgment, and commitment follow-through.
• Run live virtual clinic operations across scheduling, patient flow, visit completion, follow-up reliability, patient experience, provider capacity, and Care Coordinator coverage.
• Drive patient acquisition and retention by strengthening referral habits, tracking funnel performance, identifying drop-off points, and improving conversion metrics.
• Manage and coach Care Coordinators, including workload allocation, performance feedback, coverage planning, escalation support, and workflow execution.
• Build scalable systems, dashboards, SOPs, automations, reporting routines, and AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual work and improve visibility.
• Partner cross-functionally with implementation, medical leadership, product, engineering, marketing, data, finance, vendors, and partner clinic teams to unblock problems and support growth.
You will operate across multiple launches and live centers simultaneously, using judgment to prioritize, escalate, and create structure as needs shift. This role requires making high-quality operational decisions with incomplete information, separating urgent issues from true priorities, and creating clear operating rhythms that keep all stakeholders aligned.
**Requirements:**
• 5–7 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally in telehealth, FQHC, multi-site ambulatory care, practice management, implementation, care coordination, or multi-site service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience owning clinic performance, launch readiness, partner relationships, live operations, or complex day-to-day execution in fast-moving environments. Comfort running multiple center launches while managing live operations is essential.
• People-management experience leading frontline clinical operations, care coordination, or similar operational teams, including setting performance expectations, coaching managers or senior individual contributors, building accountability mechanisms, and improving team capacity as the organization scales.
• Strong systems-building capability, including automations, dashboards, workflows, reporting pipelines, or AI-enabled tools you have personally designed and implemented.
• Comfort using operational metrics to identify risks, improve workflows, and drive outcomes such as referral volume, appointment conversion, visit completion, follow-up reliability, staffing coverage, provider utilization, and patient access.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and ability to create structure while priorities, workflows, staffing models, and technology continue to evolve.
• While remote, candidates based in NY, NJ, or PA are preferred to support collaboration with the team and periodic work with regional partner clinic sites.
