Brooklyn Health is a healthtech company modernizing clinical research through objective measurement of mental health symptoms. The Willis platform improves CNS (central nervous system) clinical trials by enhancing endpoint quality and reducing placebo response. As Clinical Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end management and delivery of eCOA (electronic Capture of Outcome Assessments) deployments and related Brooklyn Health solutions in CNS clinical trials. You'll work within the Operations team at the NoHo office in New York City, requiring full-time in-person presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage eCOA deployments, rater certification, scale licensing, and data monitoring across clinical trials
- Coordinate with customers on project timelines, specifications, testing, and go-live readiness
- Conduct clinical protocol reviews to ensure appropriate software and service delivery
- Track and report on project deliverables, manage issue resolution, and provide ongoing project updates
- Collaborate with Science, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
- Drive process improvement and establish project management best practices
You'll need 2+ years of project management experience in clinical research, eCOA/ePRO, clinical technologies, or CRO (Contract Research Organization) settings. Critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and meticulous documentation are essential. Proficiency with project management tools like Asana is required. A genuine interest in addressing the mental healthcare crisis is valued.
Nice-to-have qualifications include prior site study coordinator experience, strong understanding of clinical study lifecycle and regulatory compliance, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
