Salary: USD 60,000 - 65,000 / annual

Allara is a comprehensive women's health telehealth platform specializing in hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. The company serves over 60,000 women nationwide through a network of 500+ providers across 50 states and is one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S. The Clinical Operations Associate will be the operational backbone of the provider onboarding function, ensuring every new provider is trained, credentialed, and ready to deliver care on their start date. This is a high-impact execution role that requires proactive problem-solving and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: - Manage the provider onboarding pipeline by tracking all incoming providers against checklists, trainings, credentialing milestones, and start dates - Proactively follow up with providers falling behind on required trainings and escalate at-risk start dates early - Monitor onboarding patterns to identify where providers consistently get stuck and recommend process improvements - Maintain accurate provider records in Airtable and related systems as a single source of truth - Work cross-functionally to identify and unblock bottlenecks in the onboarding workflow - Design clinical operations systems for automation and scale, including provider journey, patient scheduling, and clinical practice enablement - Maintain communications templates and checklists to ensure providers always know what's next - Support ad hoc projects that improve the provider experience as the team scales The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, healthcare administration, or similar execution-heavy roles. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter who notices problems before they escalate, and comfortable working in databases and operational platforms. You balance process discipline with flexibility, iterate quickly when needed, and communicate clearly and professionally. Experience with telehealth, healthcare operations, Airtable, or multi-stakeholder onboarding is preferred. The role is hybrid in NYC with flexibility to work fully remote within the U.S., aiming for at least three days per week in office.
