Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 / annual
HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven solutions for coronary artery disease diagnosis and management. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive cardiac test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries and blood flow assessment, supported by ACC/AHA guidelines and used globally across 750,000+ patients.
The Clinical Field Specialist, CT will optimize customer imaging programs and workflows by delivering on-site training, building relationships with clinical teams, and ensuring proper implementation of HeartFlow products. This role combines technical expertise with customer success focus, requiring travel to customer sites across the assigned geography (up to 80% travel).
Key responsibilities include:
- Assess customer lifecycle and optimize coronary CT programs during onboarding
- Identify improvement areas and recommend enhancements to quality acceptance rates
- Conduct virtual and live training for technologists using multiple delivery methods
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other stakeholders
- Maintain customer records, engagement logs, and training documentation in HeartFlow systems
- Capture customer feedback and participate in clinical discussions about HeartFlow analysis
- Stay current with CT and workstation technology innovations and training methodologies
- Build and execute plans to proactively optimize customer performance
- Periodic on-call responsibilities as needed
This is a remote-based position with substantial field travel to customer sites in Texas and surrounding regions.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in radiology, technology, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of cardiac CTA experience
- Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology
- Expert knowledge of cardiac CT
- Teaching and industry experience highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated success building relationships
