Salary: USD 95,000 - 125,000 / annual

HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) that develops AI-driven cardiac diagnostic solutions. The flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive test that provides 3D models of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow and identify blockages. The company has been used for over 500,000 patients worldwide and is cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada. The Clinical Field Specialist, CT will optimize customer imaging programs and workflows by ensuring proper use of HeartFlow products, with a focus on CT quality, systems, and processes. This role involves substantial travel (up to 80%) to customer sites across an assigned geography to deliver training and build relationships with technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: assessing customer lifecycle and coronary CT program optimization; identifying improvement areas and making recommendations to enhance quality acceptance rates during onboarding; conducting virtual and live training sessions using various delivery methods; establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders; maintaining accurate customer records and documentation in HeartFlow systems; capturing customer feedback and participating in clinical discussions; staying current with CT and workstation technology innovations; and proactively building plans to optimize customer performance. The ideal candidate has expert knowledge of cardiac CT imaging, with a minimum of 3 years of cardiac CTA experience. An Associate degree in radiology, technology, or related field is required (Bachelor's preferred). Active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology is mandatory. Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in building relationships are essential. The role includes periodic on-call responsibilities.
