Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 / annual
HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) revolutionizing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using AI-driven cardiac imaging. The Clinical Field Specialist, CT will optimize customer imaging programs and workflows by delivering training and technical support on HeartFlow's suite of products—including FFR_CT Analysis, RoadMap Analysis, and Plaque Analysis—which help clinicians assess coronary blood flow and identify arterial blockages.
This role is primarily field-based, requiring up to 80% travel to customer sites across the assigned MidAtlantic geography. You will work directly with hospital technologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation and ongoing optimization. Key responsibilities include conducting virtual and in-person training sessions, assessing customer CT program workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting customer feedback, and maintaining detailed engagement records in company systems. You will also stay current with the latest CT scanner technology, workstation innovations, and training methodologies to deliver expert guidance.
The ideal candidate brings expert-level knowledge of cardiac CT imaging, minimum 3 years of hands-on cardiac CTA experience, and active ARRT Certification in CT or Board Certification in Radiology. Teaching and industry experience are highly desirable. Strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and the capacity to work independently in a remote structure are essential. You will be responsible for periodic on-call support and must be comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites.
