As a Clinical AI Specialist on the Tel Aviv-based Clinical AI team, you will serve as the bridge between medicine and technology, ensuring AI solutions are clinically accurate, meaningful, and scalable. You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to shape product innovation and care delivery at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing annotations on text data, medical images, and signals to develop AI-based solutions
- Reviewing annotation results, calculating performance metrics, and producing comprehensive reports
- Managing clinical tasks within an agile/scrum framework: defining, documenting, and distributing work to part-time team members while executing hands-on deliverables
- Communicating with stakeholders through clear status updates and risk assessments
- Tracking progress and following up on assignments to meet deadlines
- Writing and maintaining detailed annotation and clinical task guidelines
- Acting as the clinical point of contact, bridging technical and medical perspectives
- Collaborating with engineers, data managers, and clinicians to drive product development
- Educating the broader Viz team on medical and clinical topics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Brain Sciences, Health/Medical Studies, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience with medical imaging, annotation, or working with medical data and records
- Demonstrable in-depth understanding of human anatomy
- Medical research background or orientation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Curious, proactive, continuous learner with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Strong technical skills and fast learning ability
- Team player with excellent people skills
