Neko Health is a preventative healthcare company that combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to deliver personalized health insights in a single, non-invasive visit. The Clinic Manager is the senior on-site operational leader responsible for day-to-day clinic performance and member experience, partnering closely with medical leadership on clinical quality and team effectiveness.
In this hands-on role, you will lead and develop the clinic team, including direct line management of physicians and clinical staff through 1:1s, observations, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback. You'll own clinical hiring in partnership with Talent Acquisition and drive onboarding to ensure new team members reach strong performance quickly.
Operationally, you oversee all aspects of clinic management: inventory, facilities, hospitality, scheduling, training, and technology issues. You'll partner with the Lead Operator and Workforce Scheduler to maintain staffing coverage and smooth clinic flow. You translate clinical and operational changes from leadership into actionable workflows and protocols that the clinic actually executes.
You are accountable for tracking and acting on clinic metrics—rebooking, CSAT, NPS, utilization, and throughput—and partnering with medical leadership to continuously raise care quality. You own incident reporting, risk management, and member-concern resolution in partnership with Customer Care, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal SOPs.
You bring 5+ years of clinic or practice management experience with single-site operational ownership including staffing, scheduling, performance management, and budget accountability. Experience building, improving, or stabilizing operating systems during periods of change is preferred. You have clinical credibility—physicians respect you as a peer because you understand the clinical work, not just operations. You've operated in ambiguous environments where playbooks weren't written yet, building teams or processes from scratch and making decisions with incomplete data. Active BLS certification is required.
