PactFi is building secure, end-to-end operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. The platform serves the rapidly growing private asset markets (PE, Private Credit, VC, Real Estate), which are projected to grow from ~$10T to $17T in AUM over the next five years. Most of the market currently relies on error-prone, internal-only software solutions, creating a significant opportunity for modern digital infrastructure. As a Client Support Engineer, you will drive technical execution across the entire client lifecycle, reporting to the Client Enablement Lead. This is a hands-on role combining client enablement, implementations, product adoption, and technical support. Key responsibilities include: - Directly managing Tier 1 client accounts through implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and ongoing support - Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to develop and ship internal tooling and client-facing solutions independent of the product roadmap - Owning technical troubleshooting and support for assigned accounts - Maintaining visibility across product usage, client workflows, tech stacks, and dependencies You should bring 3-5 years of experience in application engineering, data migrations, product analytics, or support engineering, ideally from consulting, professional services, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS backgrounds. Proficiency in AI-assisted development, APIs, and technical implementations is essential. Experience with vendor systems like Pendo, Amazon Redshift, and Intercom is valuable. Background in private credit, financial infrastructure, or regulated financial products is a plus. The role is based in the New York office with optional in-person client engagement opportunities. Travel is not required. The company offers competitive salary plus equity, healthcare coverage, and 401k benefits.
