Salary: USD 59,000 - 74,000 / annual

As a Client Support Analyst, you will be a critical member of the Client Services team, responsible for managing client health and satisfaction. You will support some of the world's most sophisticated investors, helping them maximize the value they get from Addepar's platform. Key responsibilities include: - Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by Addepar clients - Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing client happiness and success - Work with complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies - Evaluate the criticality of client issues and collaborate across the organization to resolve them - Conduct root-cause analysis with Engineering and Data teams - Work closely with Product and Account Manager teams to maintain high client satisfaction - Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients use Addepar effectively - Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous cases to completion - Develop deep expertise across the Addepar platform You should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience, with 1+ years in a client-facing role. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. You are tenacious about problem-solving, skilled at coordinating internal teams, and passionate about working directly with clients. Prior experience in investment management is a plus.
