Oscar Health is hiring a Manager, Client Services to join the Lucie partner organization. This role is responsible for turning partner commitments into successful launches and durable relationships, owning the day-to-day client experience for FMOs, agencies, carriers, and other distribution partners.
You will serve as the connective tissue between Sales and operational teams that deliver Lucie's marketplace, enrollment, onboarding, and support experience. The work combines client leadership, project management, operational problem-solving, and strategic partnership.
Key responsibilities include: owning assigned partner relationships from sales handoff through launch and ongoing service; serving as primary liaison between partner stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Training, Support, Finance, Legal); translating partner goals and needs into clearly scoped launch plans with defined owners, milestones, and success measures; managing sales-to-service handoffs and validating feasibility before external commitments; coordinating launch-critical activities including agency configuration, producer access, data migration, training, and support readiness; leading partner kickoffs, status meetings, and quarterly business reviews; proactively identifying delivery risks and resolving partner issues; monitoring activation, adoption, and service performance to improve product roadmap and service model; and building scalable playbooks and operating standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience; 5+ years in client services, client success, account management, implementation, project management, or related cross-functional role; 3+ years partnering directly with external clients and translating needs into business/operational/technical requirements; demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional launches with multiple stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand technical and data concepts and explain complex topics to non-technical audiences; strong organization, judgment, and prioritization skills.
Bonus experience includes: health insurance, benefits, insurtech, or regulated industry background; experience with FMOs, agencies, brokers, carriers, or insurance distribution partners; familiarity with ACA marketplace, EDE, ICHRA, producer onboarding, or book-of-business migrations; SaaS platforms, CRM workflows, APIs, or data integrations; leading quarterly business reviews or partner-health programs; building operating processes and service standards in scaling organizations.
Work location is hybrid, based in Georgia with blend of home office work and frequent local travel for client meetings. Occasional travel required for team meetings and company events.
