Partnerize is a partnership automation platform that helps brands discover, engage, and convert audiences through affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations. We're seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our BrandVerity team and deliver recurring managed services to our customers. In this hands-on role, you'll own the day-to-day execution of client service workflows for an assigned portfolio. You'll review and analyze compliance data, identify issues, and determine appropriate next steps. Your responsibilities include completing client-specific workflows such as sending violation communications, reviewing responses, updating commission rates, tracking remediation, and preparing reports. You'll ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule while maintaining clear records of completed work and outstanding items. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to understand each client's priorities, requirements, and compliance policies. You'll communicate with clients, affiliates, partners, and internal teams as needed, escalating questions appropriately while driving work toward resolution. You'll also work with other Client Services team members to balance priorities and maintain consistent service coverage. A key part of this role is identifying opportunities to improve recurring workflows and make them more efficient, accurate, and scalable. You'll help develop and implement new processes as client needs evolve, create and maintain process documentation and training materials, and keep existing documentation up to date. You'll surface recurring issues, product limitations, and improvement opportunities to the Product and Engineering teams based on your day-to-day experience. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and a strong sense of ownership. Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to problem-solve through unfamiliar situations. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and repeatable operational processes, and able to learn new software and workflows quickly. The ability to clearly document processes so others can follow them is critical.
