Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 / annual
iCapital is seeking a Client Services Analyst to join the Investor Relations team in Salt Lake City. This role supports the company's rapidly growing client base of investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel using iCapital's technology platform for alternative investments.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound client inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and accurate responses, and escalating issues appropriately to ensure high client satisfaction. You will support high-profile fund managers in their fundraising efforts by assisting clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings. Additionally, you'll assist with special projects for senior management.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has 0-2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations roles within alternative investments. Experience with wealth management firms and SaaS/wealth tech platforms is preferred. You should be a strong team player comfortable working cross-functionally with various stakeholders, with excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required. The role requires managing phone queues during operating hours (8:30am-6:00pm MST) and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000-$70,000, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
