iCapital is seeking a Client Service Associate to join the Investor Relations team and support the company's rapidly growing client base. This role operates within a fast-paced, collaborative environment serving investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel who use iCapital's technology platform for alternative investments.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound client inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and accurate responses, and escalating issues appropriately to ensure high client satisfaction. You will support high-profile fund managers in their fundraising efforts by assisting clients through subscription processes and managing fund closings, with a strong focus on successful outcomes. Additionally, you will assist with special projects for senior management across iCapital's business lines.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and brings 2-5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments. You should be a strong team player with a proven track record collaborating across organizational lines and managing diverse stakeholders. Experience with wealth management firms and SaaS/wealth tech platforms is preferred. You must demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). The role requires managing phone queue during operating hours (8:30am-6:00pm MST) and the ability to meet deadlines while working effectively under pressure.
The position is hybrid, with in-office presence Monday-Thursday and remote flexibility on Friday. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, with equity participation for all full-time employees, annual performance bonuses, employer-matched retirement, subsidized healthcare (100% employer-paid dental and vision), telemedicine, virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited PTO.
