Chamber Cardio is rebuilding the cardiology system by partnering with independent cardiologists to deliver population health solutions. The company combines clinical expertise, modern technology, and AI-driven tools to improve patient outcomes at scale.
As Client Operations Specialist, you will be the operational backbone for Chamber's payer partnerships, reporting to the Head of Implementation and Corporate Initiatives. This is a hands-on role that bridges internal teams and external partners through structured project management, clear communication, and process discipline.
Key responsibilities include:
**Payer Support & Project Management**: Lead day-to-day implementation project management from contract execution through launch. Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and open-item tracking across Chamber teams and external partners. Manage intake and documentation for incoming partner requests, ensuring priorities are clear and stakeholders have visibility. Identify risks and blockers early and escalate appropriately.
**Partner Communication & Deliverables**: Prepare polished partner-facing materials including project plans, presentation decks, meeting notes, and decision logs. Participate in payer calls to manage deliverables, document decisions, and coordinate next steps. Build relationships with payer stakeholders and lead weekly check-ins to track progress and maintain alignment.
**Cross-Functional Coordination**: Partner with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, Legal, and other teams to coordinate implementation workstreams and resolve issues. Support post-launch account management including data feed monitoring and reporting needs. Help build Chamber's partner implementation playbook by documenting repeatable steps, templates, and best practices. Recommend process improvements that increase clarity and efficiency.
In your first 90 days, you will develop deep understanding of Chamber's active payer partnerships, own end-to-end project plans for at least one partner, foster cross-functional alignment, and institute structured operating cadences for status reporting and risk mitigation.
