WeTravel is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join their Activation & Implementation team, supporting the scaling of their multi-day organizer platform. This role is based in Spain but fully remote, with occasional travel (1-2 times per quarter) for on-site client onboarding projects. You will be the primary point of contact for new customers during their critical onboarding phase, helping them migrate content (reservations, photos, pricing, descriptions) and gain confidence using the WeTravel platform. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers globally, you'll own the entire onboarding journey—from identifying pain points to delivering personalized training and ensuring smooth implementation. Key responsibilities include partnering with sales teams for customer success, proactively identifying and addressing red flags, building trips and migrating participant data, managing multiple concurrent projects without losing focus, and taking full ownership of each engagement to deliver exceptional value. You'll work independently in a remote environment across different time zones with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates are fluent in English (Spanish a bonus), passionate about customer education and commercial success, highly organized and proactive, comfortable with customer-facing work requiring attention to detail, and skilled at project management and stakeholder expectations. Experience in travel tech, SMB SaaS, HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Loom, teaching, or previous onboarding/customer success/account management roles is valued. You should enjoy on-site client visits and be comfortable with sometimes repetitive tasks while maintaining focus. The role offers unlimited paid time off, an annual Amsterdam HQ visit (2-4 weeks in company apartments), work-from-anywhere flexibility (up to 4 weeks per year), extensive paid family leave, three paid volunteer days annually, a 2-week cross-functional onboarding program, and cutting-edge equipment. This is a full-time fixed-term contractor position. Candidates must have legal right to work in Spain; visa sponsorship is not available.
