WeTravel is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join their newly created Onboarding department, reporting to the department lead. The role is based in Chile but fully remote, supporting new customers through their initial setup and training on the WeTravel travel platform.
You will own the complete onboarding journey for new clients, collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, and customer teams. Key responsibilities include migrating customer data (reservations, photos, pricing, tour descriptions), delivering personalized platform training, identifying potential pain points early, managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects, and occasionally traveling on-site (1-2 times quarterly) for hands-on client setup support.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently across time zones with minimal supervision. You should be passionate about customer education, have strong project management skills, and thrive in customer-facing roles requiring attention to detail. Experience in travel tech, SMB SaaS, HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, or Loom is a plus. Teaching, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation backgrounds are valued.
This is a full-time remote position hired as an international B2B contractor with monthly USD payments. Compensation is based on Mexico salary bands and adjusted by candidate location. Benefits include unlimited paid time off, an annual 2-4 week visit to Amsterdam HQ with housing provided, up to four weeks annual work-from-anywhere flexibility, extensive paid family leave, three paid volunteer days, a 2-week cross-functional onboarding program, and equipment/WFH stipends.
