Salary: USD 115,000 - 125,000 / annual
Rho is a modern banking platform built for startups, offering a comprehensive suite of financial tools including account opening, card issuance, expense management, bill payment, and accounting integrations—all backed by human support.
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be central to Rho's rapid growth, managing the onboarding and implementation journey for clients. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, guiding clients through technical setup across banking, expense management, and accounting domains. Your responsibilities include managing implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client goals and timelines are met, and providing training and support to ensure clients can fully leverage Rho's product suite.
You will gather feedback from both clients and internal teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices that enhance implementation efficiency. You'll facilitate product adoption and drive customer satisfaction by simplifying complex concepts and building strong client relationships. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Technical, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth transitions, address customer issues, and suggest product improvements.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation or onboarding roles, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or B2B environment. You should demonstrate strong project and stakeholder management abilities, exceptional communication and presentation skills, analytical capabilities, and a growth mindset committed to continuous improvement. A passion for building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
