Salary: USD 105,000 - 135,000 / annual

You will serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of complex enterprise healthcare accounts, acting as the connective tissue between Medallion's delivery, product, and engineering teams and customers with multiple stakeholders and high-stakes operations. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong thought organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple programs in parallel.
Key responsibilities include owning a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts and building trusted relationships across operational, clinical, and executive stakeholders; understanding each customer's business objectives and providing proactive strategic guidance; aligning executive stakeholders through structured engagements (EBRs/QBRs) focused on measurable outcomes and ROI; leading large-scale client initiatives end-to-end with ownership of timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation; identifying and owning resolution of internal and customer escalations across technical, business, and executive stakeholders; partnering cross-functionally with Implementation, Operations, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams; analyzing customer workflows to surface inefficiencies and implement best practices; defining, tracking, and communicating key success metrics through executive-level insights; and driving adoption and long-term value realization to ensure solutions deliver impact beyond launch.
This role reports to the Manager of Engagement Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in customer success, engagement management, or client consulting, ideally supporting complex enterprise customers
- 3+ years of experience owning client relationships in a SaaS startup environment with a track record of thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
- Proven ability to drive engagement across a portfolio of accounts using data insights, product knowledge, and industry expertise
- Demonstrated success identifying solutions, improving client strategies, and driving change
- Experience owning escalations and project risk end-to-end across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- History of driving measurable business outcomes tied to defined KPIs
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills, confident engaging at the C-suite level
- Comfortable operating at both strategic level (executive alignment, roadmap planning) and operational level (driving execution and delivery)
- Structured, proactive, collaborative approach that elevates teams through clarity, rigor, and execution
