Join Hinge Health's Client Success team as a Client Delivery Specialist, providing operational and administrative support to Client Success Leads. You'll help deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality experiences for clients and their members in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key responsibilities include: managing and executing operational projects; coordinating multiple priorities and deliverables; maintaining accurate client information and identifying data-quality issues; preparing client reports and segmenting data; resolving client issues routed through Member Support and Billing; and building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Growth, Analytics, Operations, Product, Member Support, Billing, and Legal.
In your first three months, you'll learn Hinge Health's client-success workflows, tools, and reporting processes. Within your first year, you'll become a trusted operational partner who anticipates needs, communicates risks clearly, and consistently delivers accurate work across multiple Client Success relationships.
