Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 / annual

iCapital seeks a Client Delivery Specialist, Assistant Vice President to join the Data Solutions team as a senior individual contributor. This role combines finance, technology, and client delivery expertise, managing complex client relationships and leading high-impact initiatives across a portfolio of wealth management clients. Key responsibilities include: Financial Reporting & Data Management: Analyze and explain portfolio performance results, conduct account-level reconciliation, research and resolve data breaks/cancels/corrects, and analyze private equity and hedge fund statements for system input. Work with clients and partners to resolve complex data issues. Client Relationship Development: Lead client onboarding, account setup, and training. Provide day-to-day support and issue management while fostering strong, effective client relationships. Software & System Management: Configure and maintain systems, set up new client accounts and financial instruments, manage data feeds, and create custom reports tailored to client-specific needs. Liaise with vendor partners on enhancements and system/data issues. Operational Excellence: Establish operational effectiveness through development and adoption of policies, procedures, and controls. Work collaboratively to prioritize work, ensure timely project completion, and maintain detailed specifications. Required qualifications include 7+ years in a related field, bachelor's degree, and deep expertise in wealth management technologies (Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, Orion, etc.). Strong understanding of financial instruments, RIA/wealth management practices, and experience with custodians like Pershing, Schwab, or Fidelity. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with planning tools (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro). Knowledge of liquid and alternative investments, performance reporting, portfolio management, and how family offices and RIAs operate. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence across teams while maintaining client-first focus.
