Counsel Health is building an AI-native medical group that multiplies global healthcare capacity. Founded in 2023 and backed by a16z, Google Ventures, and Pear VC, the company has raised over $35M and is scaling rapidly to serve hundreds of thousands of patients. The team combines deep clinical expertise (Harvard, Mt. Sinai, Mass General, UCSF) with world-class technologists (MIT, Google, DeepMind, NVIDIA, Stripe, Meta).
As Client Delivery Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Client Delivery and own the end-to-end implementation and launch of client programs. This is a foundational role that requires building new processes, solving complex cross-organizational problems, and establishing repeatable approaches across a diverse portfolio of enterprise healthcare clients.
Key responsibilities include: managing project implementation from kickoff through go-live, surfacing risks early and keeping cross-functional teams accountable; creating alignment across Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to resolve complex problems quickly; managing stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives at leading healthcare and tech brands; and establishing the strategic path from market entry to high-volume care delivery programs.
You will be the expert on both Counsel's platform and each client's needs, communicating with clarity across all organizational levels and adjusting your approach based on audience. You'll work with rich data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and you'll have direct visibility into how your work impacts patient outcomes.
This role requires 5+ years in client-facing healthcare roles with direct C-suite engagement at enterprise organizations. You should have a proven track record running complex, cross-functional projects on schedule, deep understanding of care delivery lifecycles, and comfort with data analysis and visualization. Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity are essential—you'll be writing playbooks, not following them.
