ICEYE is seeking a Cleanroom & Lab Manager for its Athens facility to oversee laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and workspace management. The role reports to the Head of Manufacturing & AIT within the Global Manufacturing Organisation. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary point of contact for lab and cleanroom environments - Manage lab inventory, stock, and consumables to support development projects - Maintain lab documentation and ensure compliance with health & safety standards - Oversee cleanliness, organization, and ESD protocol adherence - Schedule and execute preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments and equipment - Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and equipment - Administer lab access and coordinate training on instrument handling - Execute equipment startup and shutdown procedures - Perform first-level troubleshooting and coordinate with teams on root cause analysis - Maintain 5S standards and organized work areas - Support daily laboratory operations and related duties as assigned Required qualifications: - B.Sc. degree or equivalent practical experience - 1+ years of experience in an electronics lab environment - Hands-on skills with electronic and RF lab equipment - Familiarity with mechanical lab tools (3D printers, hand tools, precision measurement tools) - Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) - Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in multicultural settings Desirable experience: - R&D lab background - Basic soldering or PCBA rework/repair certifications - Harnessing skills or certification - Awareness of 6S standards for lab organization ICEYE is a space-based intelligence and reconnaissance company delivering synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology and data services to governments, defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors.
