The company operates a fully digital insurance platform and is expanding its claims handling capabilities across multiple EU markets.
The Claims Analyst role sits within Insify's Operations team, which builds trust at every customer touchpoint—from sales through support to claims resolution. You will be responsible for intake, processing, and settlement of commercial claims (including business liability, professional liability, inventory, and goods coverage). Beyond traditional claims handling, this role involves active participation in process optimization, AI training, and automation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Intake, treatment, and settlement of commercial claims
- Processing of disability/incapacity claims (AOV) and appeals
- Supporting customers with empathy and expertise
- Liaising with experts, attorneys, insurers, and reinsurers
- Contributing to process optimization, AI training, and automation strategies
- Building an innovative claims approach scalable across multiple European markets
- Working as a representative of an international reinsurer on assigned files
Insify values speed and quality, with close monitoring of progress to drive continuous improvement. The company is preparing for medical underwriting expansion in 2025. The Operations team works primarily in-office to build strong team bonds and accelerate innovation, though partial remote work (up to two days per week) is available by arrangement.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience handling commercial claims
- Experience with AOV (disability/incapacity) claims preferred
- WFT Basis certification required; WFT Damage (personal/commercial) certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch and English
- Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Ability to make decisions independently
