You will lead Fractile's information security, corporate IT, and IT infrastructure functions as Chief Information Security Officer. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role combining cybersecurity expertise with ownership of IT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive information security, IT, and infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and global growth
- Owning corporate IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, endpoints, and enterprise systems
- Leading IT service delivery including employee technology, hardware/software provisioning, IT support, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management
- Protecting proprietary semiconductor designs, intellectual property, source code, research, and confidential business information
- Partnering with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable, scalable infrastructure for semiconductor development and research
- Establishing cybersecurity governance, risk management frameworks, policies, and controls aligned with industry standards
- Leading incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Overseeing IT and security architecture including identity management, network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security
- Managing technology vendors, infrastructure providers, third-party security risks, IT budgets, and procurement
- Building, leading, and developing high-performing IT, infrastructure, and security teams

Requirements:
- Significant leadership experience across information security, IT operations, and infrastructure, ideally as CISO, CIO, VP IT & Security, or equivalent in a technology organization
- Proven experience developing and executing IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity strategies in complex, high-growth environments
- Strong technical expertise across enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, networking, systems administration, identity management, endpoint management, and cybersecurity
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and managing IT infrastructure and service delivery functions including enterprise applications and employee IT support
- Experience protecting sensitive intellectual property, proprietary technologies, engineering systems, or R&D environments
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity risk management, governance, compliance, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and SOC 2
- Proven ability to establish resilient, scalable, secure infrastructure including disaster recovery, business continuity, monitoring, and incident management
- Experience managing IT and security budgets, technology procurement, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with senior executives and technical engineering teams
- Experience within AI infrastructure, high-performance, or deep-tech environments highly advantageous
