Rohlik is a European e-commerce and fulfillment company that owns its end-to-end operations, including in-house technology, to deliver fresh food from local artisans and farmers. The Change Management team bridges strategy and execution by leading rollouts of new tools, systems, and standardized processes across fulfillment centers. As Change Manager for the Berlin fulfillment center, you will report to the Head of Change Management and own the site's change and project pipeline. You will ensure successful implementation of initiatives, adoption of new processes, and standardization of practices across the facility. This role combines operational excellence with systematic improvement—you'll partner with stakeholders across local and central teams to align resources, monitor progress, and deliver sustainable improvements. Key responsibilities include: - Taking full ownership of change and continuous improvement at the Berlin fulfillment center, serving as the site's go-to person for all improvement initiatives - Leading the project management office to track progress, monitor KPIs, and report outcomes - Partnering with stakeholders to align resources, scope, and priorities - Providing input to process improvement, innovation roadmaps, and best-practice standardization - Supporting site operations during peak demand through problem-solving and metrics reporting - Owning the project and program pipeline for the Berlin fulfillment center The role offers unlimited vacation days, €44 monthly tax-free benefit, €20 monthly internet allowance, 10% Knuspr Credits discount, corporate discounts for fitness/travel/shopping, and cross-fulfillment-center exchange opportunities. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience managing an operational area in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain (managing 80+ FTE) with full shift ownership and KPI accountability - Experience in high-volume retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment environments (e.g., Lidl, Kaufland, Amazon, HelloFresh, Zalando) is a strong plus - Proven ability to drive change and continuous improvement; ready for a dedicated improvement and excellence role - Demonstrated influence without direct authority—ability to convince neighboring shifts or teams to adopt methods and drive change across reporting lines - Strong project and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent communication and leadership skills with natural ability to coach others - Flexibility to work during shifts, weekends, and peak periods - MBA or relevant university degree is a plus - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is an advantage
