Oscar Health is seeking a CGA Production Support Specialist to join the Complaints, Grievances, and Appeals (CGA) team. This role is part of Oscar's Member Services operation, supporting the resolution of complex member issues within a fast-paced, volume-based environment.
You will serve as a liaison between the CGA team and broader operations, managing escalated transactions and complex issues that fall outside standard workflows. Key responsibilities include reviewing inventory, identifying trends, and reporting daily to leadership to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and service-level agreements. You'll conduct workflow reviews to improve processes and department quality, provide feedback to team members across the business, and support service operations representatives through multiple communication channels.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on managing escalations, improving feedback loops, and identifying systemic issues. You'll work closely with the CGA Team Lead and collaborate across departments to resolve member complaints and appeals efficiently.
Requirements: 2+ years in a fast-paced, volume-based environment; 2+ years of quantitative or analytical problem-solving experience; high school diploma or GED. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, advanced proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, operations certifications (Lean Six Sigma), project oversight experience, multi-system navigation skills, conflict management experience, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.
