Carbon Health, a physician-founded healthcare organization, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations of a healthcare facility in Santa Clara. This role manages all operational policies, procedures, center financials, patient experience, and community outreach with an owner's mindset to ensure profitability and quality care delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily management of facility operations and staff
- Financial management and profitability oversight
- Patient experience optimization and community engagement
- Collaboration with medical directors and external partners
- Driving organizational outcomes and eliminating operational obstacles
- Managing through ambiguity and coaching team members
- Developing talent and providing real-time coaching
The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of healthcare leadership experience or equivalent combination of healthcare experience and education. You are an active listener with strong soft skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and demonstrated time management, planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. You're willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
