Carbon Health, a physician-founded healthcare organization, is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations of a healthcare facility in Berkeley. This role manages all operational policies, procedures, center financials, patient experience, and community outreach with an owner's mindset to ensure profitability and quality care delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Daily management and oversight of facility operations - Financial management and profitability optimization - Patient experience and satisfaction - Community outreach and engagement - Collaboration with medical directors and external partners - Team leadership and development - Process improvement and obstacle elimination - Accountability for results and performance metrics You will work alongside clinical teams, engineers, and designers who are innovating healthcare delivery through Carbon Health's custom EHR and AI-powered tools. The role requires strong leadership capabilities including collaboration, driving outcomes, influencing stakeholders, demonstrating accountability, managing ambiguity, and developing talent.
