Imubit is seeking a strategic Solution Manager to join the Delivery team and own the success of cement customer accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers in refining, petrochemical, cement, and mining industries, acting as the operational leader ("COO") of each account while the Account Director handles strategy.
Key responsibilities include: managing the full customer lifecycle from project scoping through commissioning and ongoing optimization; building trusted relationships across all organizational levels from operators to C-suite executives; leading cross-functional delivery teams through influence and credibility rather than authority; anticipating and mitigating project risks; tracking account health and identifying expansion opportunities; and translating field insights back to shape product roadmap.
You will coordinate technical work, manage stakeholder alignment, track milestones, and ensure deployed AI solutions continue generating value as customer processes evolve. This role requires comfort presenting to executives, managing difficult conversations, and balancing technical rigor with commercial outcomes.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in cement or comparable heavy industrial process environments with demonstrated track record in program/project management, plant/process engineering with customer-facing components, or technical account management in industrial software. BSc in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Strong understanding of cement processes, control systems, and optimization concepts. Ability to work cross-functionally across operations, engineering, and commercial teams. Willingness to travel 20-25% annually.
Preferred: Master's degree; experience with process control, expert systems, or plant optimization; consulting or vendor background serving industrial clients; familiarity with AI/ML applied to industrial processes; knowledge of SaaS delivery models.
