Imubit is seeking a strategic Solution Manager to own the success and growth of a portfolio of cement industry customer accounts. You will serve as the primary operational leader for customer relationships, translating Imubit's AI-powered industrial optimization platform into measurable business value.
In this role, you will manage the full customer lifecycle: account health tracking, project scoping and execution, stakeholder alignment across operations and engineering teams, and identification of expansion opportunities. You'll coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, anticipate and mitigate project risks, and ensure deployed solutions continue generating value as customer needs evolve.
You will build trusted relationships across all organizational levels—from control room operators to plant and corporate leadership—and communicate Imubit's capabilities clearly and honestly, from technical details to executive summaries. You'll also channel field insights back to shape Imubit's product roadmap.
Required: 4+ years in cement or comparable heavy industrial process environments, with demonstrated success in program/project management, plant/process engineering with customer-facing components, or technical account management in industrial software. You must have a BSc in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Strong project leadership instincts, deep industrial process fluency, ability to influence without authority, and executive communication skills are essential.
Preferred: Process control or plant optimization experience, consulting or vendor background serving industrial clients, familiarity with AI/ML applied to industrial processes, and understanding of SaaS delivery models. Willingness to travel 20-25% annually. This is a remote-first role open to candidates in Mexico, supporting Imubit's growing cement business across refining, petrochemical, cement, and mining sectors.
