The Carrier Connections Associate will manage and resolve post-production discrepancies reported by clients and insurance carriers. You will troubleshoot and resolve data transmission issues, ensure data integrity, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of electronic transactions. Key responsibilities include: - Resolve discrepancies and errors reported by customers and insurance carriers - Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders for complex issues and escalations, communicating issue status, resolution progress, and required follow-up actions - Investigate root causes of discrepancies and define and implement enhancements through process and automation to improve customer experience - Provide first-class service to clients - Work with insurance carriers, clients, brokers, and internal support and engineering teams to ensure integration and post-production activities are completed on time and that information in Rippling matches carrier partner data This role requires significant attention to detail and the ability to improve processes. You will work across multiple stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive operational excellence. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience in customer-facing operations, implementation, support, project management, or similar role - Strong US benefits administration subject matter expertise - Hands-on experience supporting EDI or API integrations - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail, excellent work product, time management, and execution - Experience partnering effectively with Product and Engineering teams with ability to distill complex concepts into actionable steps - Experience working through a dashboard of tasks and organizing work around both tasks and project deliverables - Strong problem-solving, research, and conflict resolution skills - Strong desire to learn about subject matter and new processes - Experience with support-ticketing systems (SFDC, Zendesk, etc.) - Experience with G-Suite, SFDC, and Jira - Client de-escalation experience - Professional use of Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar LLM - Prior SaaS/start-up company experience preferred
