Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and expatriate workforces. This role combines clinical delivery and case management across the United Kingdom and a West African project site (working language French). You will conduct acute risk assessments, deliver individual counselling and psychotherapy, and produce fitness-for-work assessments and clinical documentation. You own each case end to end—from referral through assessment, treatment, fitness-for-work clearance, and closure—rather than coordinating a provider network. This design reflects the absence of an established provider network in West Africa at launch and ensures a single clinician knows each case comprehensively. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting acute risk and welfare assessments in French or English as required - Delivering individual counselling and psychotherapy virtually across your caseload - Writing risk assessments, session documentation, return-to-work memoranda, and fitness-for-work reports to standards that withstand client and regulatory scrutiny - Owning case management end to end, aligning support plans with client on-site teams, and coordinating with internal helpline and network partnership teams - Confirming risk tiering, making clinical decisions on disputed ratings, and escalating cases exceeding remote delivery scope - Co-developing clinical protocols, risk frameworks, and SOPs; designing and delivering clinical training to non-clinician client staff in both languages - Building out the in-market provider network for in-person and overflow capacity as the programme scales - Acting as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical, and health and safety leads, responding to time-critical queries - Producing case trackers and monthly clinical reporting that move beyond utilisation to present issues, risk patterns, outcomes, and service-level themes - Presenting clinical insights at client review meetings and translating them into actionable recommendations Session load is capped to protect case management availability and is agreed with the Head of Clinical Operations. You will work four hours a day, Monday to Friday, within the 08:00–17:00 UK and West Africa window. **Requirements:** - Full professional fluency in French and English, to the standard required for clinical assessment, therapy delivery, and client-facing documentation in both languages (non-negotiable) - Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor with current registration in your jurisdiction and the right to practise remotely - Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling, or a related field - Minimum three years in clinical practice, including direct delivery of assessment and therapy to adults - Demonstrable experience managing acute risk, including suicidality, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it - Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work, or occupational mental health pathways - Able to work four hours a day, Monday to Friday, within the 08:00–17:00 UK and West Africa window **Desirable:** - Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or with expatriate, rotational, or multinational workforces - Understanding of remote industrial, mining, resources, or energy operating environments - Additional language capability, particularly Mandarin - Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks, or SOPs - Prior case management or clinical account experience in a commercial setting
