Salary: CAD 45,000 - 55,000 / annual

As a Campaign Services Activation Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of activating clients' ad creative across the advertising distribution ecosystem. You will collaborate with leading brands, agencies, and entertainment companies, playing a pivotal role in coordinating advertising campaigns from start to finish. Key responsibilities include: - Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout their projects and campaigns, ensuring smooth activation - Managing production tasks efficiently to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests - Overseeing multiple workstreams while liaising with diverse clients including advertisers, creative/media agencies, post-production and broadcast partners - Collecting and analyzing essential information to facilitate successful campaign execution - Employing creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure timely project completion - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with all on-air materials - Undertaking additional duties and special projects as assigned The role offers impactful work at the heart of a company revolutionizing media and creative industries. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Proven experience providing consultation and support to clients and team members - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize and manage large projects in line with strategic objectives - Understanding of broadcast TV and radio landscape, including broadcast traffic procedures; knowledge of clearance and talent functions is a plus - Key qualities: responsiveness, curiosity, adaptability, and proactive approach to self-improvement and work process enhancement - Ability to navigate and adapt to rapidly changing technologies - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
