Veeam is seeking a C# Developer to join the team building Veeam Backup for Hypervisors. In this role, you will develop backend business logic for virtualization products, enhance platform architecture and component stability, and help reduce onboarding time for new hypervisor support. You'll work on products supporting RHV, Nutanix, Proxmox VE, and other hypervisors, developing new features and maintaining existing functionality while collaborating with experienced engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing business logic for virtualization field products
- Building new products and supporting existing functionalities
- Contributing to component and architecture development
- Collaborating with international teams on product improvements
Technologies: C#, .NET 10, Windows/Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), PostgreSQL, git, REST API, multithreading, and AI tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of C# language
- Deep understanding of .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Knowledge of software design and development principles
- English proficiency for international team communication
- Bonus: Experience with virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V) or QEMU/KVM
