You will join the team building enterprise-grade data protection solutions focused on backup, recovery, and management of unstructured data. You will contribute to developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance features that help organizations protect business-critical information across diverse storage environments. Working as part of an engineering team, you will engage across the full development lifecycle of Veeam's core data protection platform, Veeam Backup & Replication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and maintain features for a large-scale backup and restore platform focused on unstructured data protection
- Contribute to the development of reliable and high-performance backend services using C# and .NET
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver customer value
- Analyze requirements and translate them into maintainable and scalable software solutions
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:
- 2+ years of software development experience in commercial projects
- Proficiency in C# and deep understanding of the .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Result-oriented mindset with sense of ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team
Bonus skills:
- Experience working with AI coding assistant tools
- Experience with Network, Cloud, or Data Deduplication Storage systems
