Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Buyer to join the Advanced Effects Procurement team. This role supports procurement activities for key defense programs, manages supplier relationships, and ensures on-time delivery of critical materials and services.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders to meet production needs, maintaining supplier relationships while monitoring performance on quality, delivery, and pricing metrics, and resolving supply chain disruptions and delivery delays to keep projects on track. You will monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals, and maintain accurate records while tracking procurement KPIs to identify process improvements.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field, 3+ years of supply chain experience including technical procurement, ability to read technical drawings and blueprints, and willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Preferred qualifications include strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in Excel, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
