Culture Amp, the world's leading employee experience platform serving 25 million employees across 6,000+ companies, is seeking a Business Systems Lead to own the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle end-to-end. This is an architect-and-builder role where you will design technical solutions, implement the most complex components yourself, and partner directly with Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, and Legal teams.
You will be the lead technical point of accountability for Q2C systems spanning Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM, and integrations with downstream systems like NetSuite and the data warehouse. This role requires hands-on expertise across the entire Q2C domain, including deep understanding of stakeholder needs and design trade-offs across finance, legal, and go-to-market functions.
Key responsibilities include: designing and owning Q2C solutions end-to-end; building the hard parts yourself using Apex, Flow, and configuration; serving as the primary technical partner for business stakeholders; driving the Q2C roadmap across multi-quarter programs; eliminating technical debt; maintaining critical integrations; producing clear documentation; and mentoring teammates on Q2C best practices.
You should have 5+ years of progressive experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Business Systems Analyst in fast-paced enterprise SaaS environments with subscription revenue. Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce development, DealHub CPQ, and DocuSign CLM is required. You must demonstrate a strong ownership mindset, ability to balance speed with scalability, excellent communication skills, and relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
