Culture Amp, the world's leading employee experience platform serving 25 million employees across 6,000+ companies, is seeking a Business Systems Lead to own the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle end-to-end. This is an architect-and-builder role requiring hands-on technical ownership of core revenue systems spanning Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM, and downstream integrations with NetSuite and the data warehouse. You will design technical solutions, build the most complex components yourself, and serve as the primary technical partner for Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, and Legal teams. Responsibilities include owning Q2C solutions architecture, leading hands-on implementation of complex workstreams, driving the Q2C roadmap across multi-quarter programs, eliminating technical debt, maintaining critical integrations, and mentoring teammates on Q2C best practices. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Business Systems Analyst in fast-paced enterprise SaaS environments with subscription revenue models. You must have deep, hands-on expertise across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, proven track record managing both architecture and execution on complex CPQ/CLM/billing programs, hands-on Salesforce development experience, and direct experience implementing DealHub CPQ and DocuSign CLM in subscription-management contexts. You balance speed with long-term scalability, communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders, and hold relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder). Culture Amp is backed by leading venture capital, operates offices in the US, UK, Germany, and Australia, and has been recognized by Forbes as a top private cloud company. The role is hybrid, requiring approximately 2 days per week in the San Francisco office to foster connection and culture. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
