Iru is an AI-powered security and IT platform serving fast-growing companies, unifying identity & access, endpoint security, and compliance automation. The company is backed by top-tier investors (General Catalyst, Tiger Global, Felicis, Greycroft, First Round Capital) and raised $100M in July 2024 at an $850M valuation. Customers include Cursor, Vercel, Lovable, Replit, and Mercor.
This is the first hire into Iru's Operations function, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. The core mandate is to build systems, integrations, and automations that return capacity to existing teams as the company scales—ensuring operational work grows with the business without proportional headcount increases.
Key near-term focus areas include: improving collections and AR automation; leading ERP platform implementation and integration; evaluating and implementing FP&A tooling; and fixing data infrastructure so finance, people, and spend data reconcile efficiently across systems.
The role sits centrally in Operations and collaborates across Finance, Accounting, Data, GTM, Product, and Engineering. You'll function as the operational equivalent of Iru's existing GTM Engineering function, automating and optimizing processes across T&E, People, Workplace, Talent, and strategic planning. Success is measured not on tickets closed but on capacity returned to teams and leverage created across the organization.
This is a high-impact, systems-thinking role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational scaling problems and building durable automation infrastructure.
