CesiumAstro is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join the operations team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will drive processes for new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing, and supply chain management of Cesium's electronic assemblies for satellites and aerospace platforms.
You will work at the intersection of space-grade reliability and commercial-scale manufacturing, collaborating closely with engineering, program management, and supply chain teams to industrialize processes for next-generation space products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and optimizing NPI processes for high-reliability, high-volume satellite electronics
- Supporting manufacturing process improvements and supply chain efficiency
- Coordinating cross-functional initiatives between engineering, program management, and procurement
- Implementing systems and workflows to scale production while maintaining aerospace quality standards
- Analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced aerospace/defense startup, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about bridging the gap between space-grade engineering and commercial manufacturing scale. You will gain exposure to satellite manufacturing, supply chain complexity, and the unique challenges of aerospace production.
