Commvault (NASDAQ: CVLT) is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support its global Go-To-Market (GTM) and Revenue Operations organization. This role operates within a modern, AI-driven delivery model that transforms the BSA function from reactive requirement-gathering into strategic business facilitation and value-stream orchestration.
You will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and engineering teams to lead AI-assisted intake sessions, generate structured business context, and deliver scalable technology solutions supporting GTM and Revenue Operations teams globally. The role has direct influence over systems and processes serving thousands of users worldwide.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting structured, conversational intake sessions with business stakeholders, replacing traditional form-based requirements gathering with AI-assisted processes.
• Leveraging AI-generated transcripts and natural language processing to produce structured intake artifacts including business context, problem statements, strategic imperatives, and KPIs.
• Validating and enriching AI-generated Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) with GTM and Revenue Operations domain expertise.
• Identifying AI, automation, and orchestration opportunities early in the intake process.
• Operating as a strategic facilitator and business translator within GTM and Revenue Operations value streams, partnering across Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
• Supporting intelligent work routing to ensure delivery aligns with the correct team, system domain, and engineering capability.
• Evaluating GTM and Revenue Operations processes to identify AI, automation, analytics, and workflow orchestration opportunities.
• Assessing data quality, integration complexity, and governance implications to enable scalable, measurable business outcomes.
• Clarifying governance and compliance requirements as an enabler, not a blocker.
• Facilitating UAT, stakeholder reviews, and solution validation.
• Coordinating required governance reviews across Enterprise Architecture, Security, Procurement, and Compliance.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience; Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience; demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor and business translator; experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and related enterprise applications; proven expertise in structured requirements gathering, process mapping, user story creation, and solution design; familiarity with AI-assisted or automation-enabled delivery workflows.
