Payoneer is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead process automation and operational excellence initiatives across the APAC region. This role sits within the APAC Operations Center of Excellence and focuses on identifying, initiating, and delivering high-impact automation projects that reduce manual workflows, standardize processes, and drive efficiency gains.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the APAC regional process automation strategy aligned with operational performance goals. You will identify and evaluate automation opportunities across business processes, champion the adoption of Microsoft automation tools and Power BI, and lead cross-functional projects involving business process teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders. The role requires monitoring automated process performance, analyzing data to identify optimization opportunities, and continuously enhancing automation effectiveness and governance. You will also mentor team members on automation best practices and drive organizational adoption of automation and AI tools.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience with AI and automation tools in process automation or governance roles, preferably from top-tier internet companies. You should have a proven track record of initiating and leading cross-team projects that deliver operational efficiency gains. Extensive experience with Microsoft automation tools and Power BI is required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business process managers and data analysts. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for articulating automation strategies and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
